India has been stormed with the series of accusations and defy across its directions where Indian skies have seen row of pro and anti motion on the bill that has been tabled by the Central government which will revoke the Articles 370 and 35A from the state of Jammu and Kashmir and wiped off from the Indian constitution.
Soon after the bill has been passed in the Parliament, most of the states with different paths and pictures of diversity, culture and language had united in the same line, had started sailing in the same boat of either welcoming the move or opposing the move along with the demand of withdrawing the bill which had withdrawn the articles from Kashmir, which had oiled the unrest, fueled the fire and upheld the uncertainty. The revoking bill will scrap away the existing articles from the state which will demean the autonomic governance the state had governed and get enacted with the Indian constitution. The state which was then geographically mapped with India, is now constitutionally enacted with India and the Central government had announced that the state will be bifurcated with two new union territories.
As most of the opposition parties had stood against the bill while some of the opposition parties had given go ahead in the Parliament. Joining in the line of defy is one of the Congress leaders in the state of Tamilnadu, Mr Peter Alphonse who furiously opposed the bill once it was tabled in the upper house where he labeled this day, the day of revoking the articles as one of blackest days in our history of independent India which had challenged the principles of emirate and inclusive governance. He said that, by keeping the bill aside, the Central government had demeaned the voices of the state governments and as far as revoking 370 is concerned, he added that the ruling BJP will claim that the scrapping off the articles was in their electoral manifesto of 2019 elections, where the BJP had dismembered the legislative state by bifurcating into two union territories. He questioned the authentications and authorizations that were given to the Central government on splitting up states without having the consent with the state's people, state MPs and the state political parties.
The announcement of bifurcation has been made without proper consent and proper awareness from the state and the parties involved and the Congress leader further speculated that what authentication the government will proclaim to the other legislative states that no such agendas will be taken without proper consents and quoted his state of Tamil nadu as an example to his stance whether the Central government will decide to separate the state of Tamilnadu into four union territories just because the ruling party had majority in the house by ignoring the stance of taking consent from the people and leaders of Tamilnadu. He further stated that the BJP government can stake a claim of creating more jobs through separation of the states and it will use the same stance in the states where the party doesn't have proper and strong base.
He further quoted that the nation has to review the special status given to Jammu and Kashmir at the time of annexation. When the first government in the independence India had proclaimed to build constitution, the people of Kashmir which had Islamic majority, had decided to annex its land with secular India with placing its obligations of securing its unique language ,unique culture, unique properties and nature where at the time of annexation, the demands of the Kashmiri leaders had obliged by the then Indian government and constituted Article 370 which gives special status to the state where it bans the residents of other states in getting jobs, education and in acquiring the land and properties in Kashmiri soil.
He denied the statement and the justification made by the government, which told that revoking the articles and bifurcation of the state will demean and degrade the terror militants to stake the claim over Kashmir, he told that there are many states in India which homes the militants under different names where they demand independent state for their communities and there are many communities in North east India which had been acknowledged that they belong to India. He questioned that, having these live examples, how the Central government had ended up bifurcation only Kashmir without attaining the consent from its people. He quoted former Prime minister Vajpayee who named the Kashmiri as Kashmiriyat where the latter proclaimed Kashmiriyat as the sentiments of Kashmiris that he will pay respect to the land. By having the respect on the former leader, the Kashmiri people had actively took part in the Indian constitution and with the Election commissions where the state had registered the vote percent which had equally to the rest of the Indian states, despite the threatening and troubling unrest from the terrorists and from the militants.
He compared this immature and devastating resolutions to demonitization, which was suddenly announced by the Prime minister in late night in 2016 and the nation is still undergoing the negative impacts that had been raised where due to demonitization, several farmers and common people have died and now it had also taken the lives of the business tycoons which had happened due to the economic depressions caused by the wrong approaches of the government. This decision of revoking the articles, which was attained by not having any consents will further erupt the heat and tensions between the people and the dissent young people may get incited by the separatists, by Pakistan and by China which will literally deepens the fire along with the speculations and fear that it will spread across the nations which will create political massacre like how demonitization had created economic massacre.
He further slammed the Indian government on being disloyal to the constitutional and economical manifestations where by slipping away from the path of development, Indian government will merely loss its goodwill and the faith from other countries which have bilateral and economic ties with India. He slashed the state political parties which were joined hands with the ruling BJP in withdraw the status of the constituted state and replacing it with the name of union territories.
The voice and rebuttals of Peter Alphonse is one among the thousands of the opposition parties which had staled the floors of the parliament with its huge uproar and demand of urging the government to take back the bill of bifurcating the state of Jammu and kashmir as union territories.
