Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire is the first instalment of a two-part action thriller directed by Prashanth Neel, who is known for his blockbuster KGF franchise.

As per the statement of Vijay Kirangandur of Hombale Films, the prequel will be a pan Indian release which will be out in April or May 2024.
