The Thanthai Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam has filed a complaint to the local police under Sections 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot), and 505 (1) (b) (causing fear or alarm to the public) of the Indian Penal Code, and also the Principal Sessions Court denied his request for anticipatory bail, and police were looking for him.
