The BJP has also filed a petition in the Telangana High Court on Wednesday in which the party sought the grounds under which Sanjay Kumar was detained.

Chandrasekhar Rao is all set to inaugurate the party's national office in Delhi on December 14 during which he will most likely be addressing to the national media about his future political plans.

Thirumavalavan, a Dalit leader, and the leader of the "Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi" (VCK) party from Tamil Nadu, also attended at Pragathi Bhavan this morning with a group of representatives.
