The political parties in the state of Tamil Nadu have been gearing up for the by-elections of two legislative constituencies that most likely determine the victories not on the fierce campaign trails of the political parties but on the wealth and might of their money sacks.
Tamil Nadu's Nanguneri and Vikkravandi will be hosting by-elections on October 21st, 2019 and while having less than a month for the vote cast, main political parties, along with its alliance have been targeting their respective rivalries to increase their counts in the legislative assembly and these elections will be important and crucial for the state ruling and opposition parties as this could be the preview and prefix of the 2021 legislative assembly elections that would possibly heat the fire between Dravidian rivalries.

The ruling AIADMK government must encounter the mixture of fire and acid campaign grounds as it has been packed with row of controversies and accusations that would lower the probability of the victory adding to that, its rivalry DMK party would be flagging fresh accusations to acquire the votes and seats to its camp along with its alliance. Yesterday, the ruling party had announced its candidates for the constituencies which had revealed that it will directly contest in the by-elections without allotting for its allied parties where DMK has announced the candidate for Vikkravandi while it had allotted Nanguneri for its allied Congress party.
Soon the announcements about the elections proposed by the Election commission, most of the parties have been painted with furore to hit the campaign trail where the parties had started to file its nominations in electoral body and our reliable sources had said that the ruling AIADMK party will most likely cultivate the votes through the local and allied parties in the by-elections. It has been reported that each of these constituencies houses about 2,50,000 eligible voters where the ruling party has been tabled its agenda to web around 1 lakh votes from each constituency not through by campaigning the government schemes and legislation but through distributing the money more than the opposition parties and the sources had revealed that the government has been planning for dispersing Rs 3000 per vote that would eventually cost the ruling party Rs 30 crore for voters and it would separately cost around 10 crore for funding the allied parties, social organizations and further indicated that the each state minister has been given with responsibility for 8000 votes.

With the move to combat and counter the operations of ruling government, its rival DMK party has been directing the campaign trail through accusing the ruling government on its anti people policies and governance and one of the top party cadre had cited that the party's President M K Stalin has been hoping for must win victories in the constituencies and further claimed that DMK party has also framed agenda of reserving 20 crores for the voters where in the campaign trail, the voters will be awarded with Rs 2000 each with assurance that they will cast their vote for DMK party.

With some of the parties like AMMK and Makkal Needhi Maiam had declared that it won't contest in the by-elections, the game and the drama is on between both Dravidian rivalries on flagging their victories not through people friendly policies but through money friendly politics.
