Arun Matheeswaran's Captain Miller is briskly heading for the next shooting phase as the next schedule to be at Coutrallam which is gonna be a 40 day long schedule as per insiders' reports. The movie, which features Dhanush and Priyanka Arul Mohan in the lead roles and Shiva Rajkumar in the antagonist role, is being billed as a periodical revolution film.
Captain Miller marks Arun Matheswaran's third feature film following Rocky and Saani Kaayidham, which film began filming last year. The film chronicles the 1940s revolutionary planning of LTTE activist "Captain Miller." The latest word on the street is that the makers are targeting to release the Pan-Indian action drama during Diwali 2023 this year in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi belts.
The music for the film is composed by GV Prakash and the cinematography and editing for the film is done by Shreyaas Krishna and Nagooran respectively. The film also stars Sundeep Kishan for a crucial role. Produced by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan's Sathya Jyothi Films, Dhanush will reportedly be "sporting three looks in the film" along with two other character names.
Priyanka Arul Mohan plays the female lead and this marks her first debut with Dhanush, while Sundeep Kishan, Nivedita Satish, John Kokkan and Moore, Kumaravel, Daniel Balaji, Nasser, Vijay Chandrasekhar, Suwayamsita Das, Bindu, Arunodayan plays the supportive roles. The stunt choreography is in charge under Dhilip Subbarayan, and has the dialogues by Madhan Karky. Meanwhile Dhanush's Vaathi has now garnered 51 crores worldwide which released on last Friday 17th and getting good reception from Telugu states.
