Among the idols and film fans of Ulaganayagan, the well-praised character Senapathy from the film Indian 2 is a firm favorite. So for now,  Kamal Haasan has been seen in a variety of looks while filming "Indian 2" over the past few months, photo of him wearing the Senapati appearance have been leaking online and are becoming extremely popular. It has been reported that filming for director Shankar's "Indian 2" is currently taking place at the Chennai airport.

After a long-winded post-production process, the film is set for release in the second half of 2023. Since the announcement of the film was made, fans have been anticipating the film's updates, and the leaked picture has now left the makers' team in shock. Kamal Haasan is seen dressed as the beloved role of Senapathy in the leaked still, taken as he was getting ready for the shot.

The makers have also taken action against the leaked picture that was taken at the venue of the shooting and have asked for it to be deleted from social platforms. Peter Hein, who has won national awards for his work as a stunt choreographer and who has previously collaborated with filmmaker Shankar on the films Enthiran and I, has been brought on board to direct this film's action sequence.

After twenty years, Haasan and Shankar are reuniting for the sequel to the Tamil blockbuster film Indian, which was released in 1992. In addition to Siddharth, other notable actors, such as Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, and Priya Bhavani Shankar, are featured in the film. Anirudh Ravichander is in charge for the movie's musical score, which is being produced by Lyca Productions with a lavish budget.
