Two weeks of Leo: Here's how the Lokesh Kanagaraj - Vijay's actioner earned at the Box Office

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo is a pivotal part of his cinematic universe. It has captivated audiences across Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi regions since its theatrical release on October 19. In a remarkable achievement, the film after two weeks of run, has surged past the Rs 550 crore mark worldwide within two weeks of its release, signalling its triumphant journey at the box office.

Despite experiencing a slight duck in earnings, 'Leo' remains a strong performer at the box office, grossing Rs 2.90 crore on its 15th day.  The film, boasting a star-studded ensemble cast including Vijay, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Trisha, Madonna Sebastian, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, George Maryan, Priya Anand, and Mathew Thomas, has garnered immense popularity and widespread acclaim for its compelling storyline and stellar performances.

The makers of 'Leo' organized an exclusive fans-only success meet in Chennai on Wednesday, where the entire cast and crew, along with director Lokesh Kanagaraj and lead actor Vijay, came together to express their gratitude to the fans for their unwavering support. 

'Leo' is set to continue its theatrical run for several more weeks, and according to reports, fans worldwide can look forward to the digital premiere of 'Leo,' which is slated for November 24 on the international OTT platform Netflix. The music was composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with stunning cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, and seamless editing by Philomin Raj. 

Thalapathy Vijay has embarked on the next leg of shooting for his upcoming film, 'Thalapathy 68' with Venkat Prabhu. Reports suggest that this Bangkok schedule is expected to last for 15 days and will primarily focus on action sequences. The film's music will be composed by the acclaimed Yuvan Shankar Raja, marking his seventh collaboration with director Venkat Prabhu.
