Ulaganayagan shares swaggy monochrome pic as he wraps up Taiwan schedule of Indian 2! Here's the new update of the much awaiting sequel...

Indian 2 is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious projects in Indian cinema history, starring Kamal Haasan as an aged vigilante, is progressing steadily under the direction of S Shankar. The film follows the story of Senapathy, a former freedom fighter who takes up the fight against corruption in society. Kamal Haasan's portrayal of Senapathy was so impactful that fans have been eagerly awaiting a sequel.

The latest report on the town is that the team recently completed a schedule in Taiwan, where they shot some crucial scenes involving Haasan and Kalidas Jayaram. The maverick actor also took to social media to share a swaggy monochrome picture of himself from Taipei and wished his fans a good afternoon in Chinese.

The crew is now gearing up for a major schedule in South Africa, where they plan to shoot a massive train action sequence for two weeks.  The visionary sequel is expected to be a high-octane thriller with a strong message against corruption.

The music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, and recently confirmed that the composer to bring back the classic background theme of origin Senapathy from the first part which composed by AR Rahman, which added the excitement for the fans.

 The film which also features Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar and Bobby Simha in pivotal roles. The film is slated to release later this year, possibly around Diwali, as few sources also claims that Rajinikanth's Jailer to release around the time.

Rathnavelu and Ravi Varman handled cinematography, and Sreekar Prasad was responsible for editing.
