Veteran actor Ramarajan is back after ten years...Posters of his new movie are released by Vijay Sethupathi!

Veteran Tamil actor Ramarajan, who is widely popular among ardent Tamil cinema fans, will be making his come back to the big screens after ten years. Ramarajan is famous for his movies during the 1980s and 90s and previously, he acted in the lead role in the movie 'Medhai' which was released in 2012. 

Some of Ramarajan's famous movies include 'Enga Ooru Pattukaran', 'Raasave Unnai Nambi', 'Enga Ooru Kavalkaran', 'Ooru Vittu Ooru Vanthu', 'Naadu Adhai Naadu', 'Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu', and 'Villu Pattukaran'. However, he is more prominent among the fans for his successful movie 'Karagattakaran' which was released in 1989. The movie ran for hundred days. 

After the 2000s, he was not active for several years until he made a comeback through 'Medhai' which received mixed reviews. After a decade, Ramarajan will be back as an actor through the movie 'Saamaniyan'. The first look posters of the movie were released by actor Vijay Sethupathi on Sunday and the update of Ramarajan's comeback has caught into the wave of virality. 

In the Tamil film industry, Ramarajan is fondly called 'Makkal Nayagan' and Saamaniyan is going to be the actor's 45th movie. Saamaniyan is the fourteenth project of producer Mathiyalagan under his banner Etcetera Entertainment while the movie is helmed by Rahesh. Releasing the posters, Vijay Sethupathi wrote, "Happy to launch the first look of Saamaniyan. Congrats team."

Notably, the movie's teaser has been released on Monday. The posters have revealed that the shooting of the movie has begun and while Ramarajan plays the lead role, veteran actors Radharavi and MS Bhaskar play important roles. Achu Rajamani will be composing the music while Ram Gopi and Arul Selvan have done editing and cinematography respectively.
