Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir is produced by S.Essaki Durai under the banner of Chandaraa Arts in association with Cine Innovations.

He said that he wants to cast Vijay Sethupathi alongside Nivin Pauly in the film, as he thinks they would make a great pair on screen.

The film has Megha Akash as the female lead and also features director Mohan Raja in a cameo role. 

Vijay Sethupathi's meteoric rise to fame can be traced back to the success of this origin film.

Other notable actors in the film include Natty Natraj, 'Boys' Manikandan, Arul Doss, and Muniskanth

The film has music by Ilaiyaraaja and cinematography by Velraj. Viduthalai Part 2 is expected to be a grand spectacle with a whopping budget.

He was pitted against Kamal Haasan’s character, Agent Arun Kumar Vikram, a black-ops team commander.
