Vijay's master blaster 'Master' is unstoppable and within ten days of hitting the big screens, Thalapathy's Pongal treat has greatly been serving to the fans across and beyond the borders that the movie nears to set a huge achievement, leaving the world to capture how the movie has been received and celebrated amid challenges and restrictions. The achievement in ten days would be a remarkable moment for the movie team as they waited nearly for ten months to screen the movie in the theaters. 

Within nine days into release, 'Master' has entered a historical '200' club after grossing Rs 200 crores in box office worldwide. Though the movie team hasn't made announcements concerning the achievement of grossing Rs 200 crores, the ardent fans of Thalapathi Vijay have been sharing the wonderful news across social media and celebrating the achievement through trending the hashtag #MasterEnters200crClub. 

The achievement had relished them and fans have been commending the movie team for presenting a perfect commercial entertainer and significant and classy comeback of Vijay. The achievement has shown that the movie has had a royal welcome in India and abroad. 

The reports say that the movie team will be making an official announcement on the film's box office collection. The entry into the 200 crore club has come when the theaters in Tamil Nadu and across the country were allowed only 50% of seating capacity owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The development shows that Master still continues to dominate the box office worldwide and in the first weekend, Master has beaten the gross earned by Tenet and Wonder Woman 1984 in the opening weekend in the United Arab Emirates. The movie has been running successfully and the fans are incessantly showering money for the movie that it has earned Rs 200 crore in nine days while the movie's budget was Rs 135 crore. 

Master has become the first Tamil Big movie to get released in theaters after they re-opened, nearly ten months after closing the curtains. Master was released in the theaters on January 13, during the Pongal holidays. The release has brought the incessant wait of the fans to an end and they have been getting thronged towards the theaters to relish watching their favorite actor on the big screens. Master has also got dubbed in Telugu and released in theaters in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

According to a trade analyst, Master has grossed Rs 12.67 crore in the first week in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Bankrolled by Xavier Britto under the banner of XB Film Creators, Master is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and while Vijay plays a lead role, Vijay Sethupathi plays antagonist and Malavika Mohanan plays a female lead. Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Andrea Jeremiah, and Gauri Kishan play important roles.

Thalapathy fans had gone agog over the huge achievement and they have been celebrating the feat as the fourth consecutive Rs 200 crore grosser for Actor Vijay after Mersal, Sarkar, and Bigil. The movie was slated to release in April 2020, however, the COVID-19 outbreak and the lockdown triggered by the pandemic had closed the theaters and pushed the fans to brace up for the incessant wait and the achievement of Rs 200 crore in box office had shown that the wait was worth and no restrictions would confine Thalapathy's path of writing history.
