Viral Buzz: Is Ajith to play a antagonist in this maverick filmmaker's project? Here's what we know

Fans have been eagerly awaiting news of his upcoming projects, and now it seems that they have much to look forward to. The actor's next film, tentatively titled "AK 62", which will be directed by Magizh Thirumeni, is said to be an action-packed thriller that will showcase Ajith's prowess as an actor. The film is set to go on floors in the coming weeks, and fans are eagerly awaiting more details about the project.

But that's not all. There have been rumors in Tollywood that director Shankar has approached Ajith to play a powerful extended cameo role as a powerful antagonist in his upcoming film, "RC 15", which stars Ram Charan Teja and Kiara Advani. The role may be similar to Rolex character of Suriya's in Vikram, sources said.

 As the reports have not been confirmed, but fans are excited at the prospect of seeing Ajith return to the role of the villain after his successful turns in the role in the films Vaali, Amarkalam, and Mangatha and if this came to be true, it will be whopping to see the star's first collaboration with this visionary director. 

While Shankar is currently busy directing Kamal Haasan's much-awaited film "Indian 2", which also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Bobby Simha, Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Samuthirakani, and Guru Somasundaram, he is also preparing to launch "RC 15". The title for the upcoming feature, is expected to be revealed on the occassion to R am Charan's birthday on March 27th, although there are speculations that it might be titled to "CEO".

Meanwhile, Ajith's fans are eagerly anticipating the release of "AK 62" and are excited to hear about his upcoming world tour "Ride For Mutual Respect", which he plans to embark on after completing the film. The film will be bankrolled by Lyca Productions, and music will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
