Viral: Kamal Haasan's new snap gives vintage Chandru vibes! Actor turns photographer in South Africa

The versatile actor Kamal Haasan is busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Indian 2’, directed by Shankar. The film, which is a sequel to the 1996 blockbuster ‘Indian’, has been in the making for a long time and has faced several hurdles. However, the team is determined to complete the project and has been travelling to various locations across the world.

After wrapping up a short schedule in Taiwan, where Kamal Haasan shot some crucial scenes as Senapathy, the octogenarian vigilante, the team has now moved to South Africa for the next leg of the shoot. The actor took to Instagram to share a glimpse of his work and leisure in the African country. He posted a picture of himself in a white casual outfit, holding a camera in style and capturing the scenic beauty around him. He simply captioned the picture as, "The big game.Shooting in Africa!"

The 68-year-old actor looked fit and handsome in the picture, and impressed his fans with his photography skills. He also received praise from his co-stars and colleagues, who commented on his post. Fans go agog with the new picture filling the comment space by saying, "Telephone manipol siripaval ivala vibes", "Man is owning every place he steps in", "Player SENAPATHY entered", and "Well the lion has started his hunt ".

The production team has not yet announced a release date for the film, but they are working feverishly to wrap up filming by June or July. Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Bobby Simha, and Guru Somasundaram also star in pivotal roles in "Indian 2."

Anirudh Ravichander scores the film, and Ravi Varman directs  the cinematography. Since "Indian 2" will feature Kamal Haasan and Shankar working together again after 25 years, it has become one of Tamil cinema's most highly anticipated releases.
