Viral story: 'Jai Bhim' team to reunite once again...Here's when the filming of the new project will begin!

Jai Bhim has on Wednesday- November 2 celebrated its one-year anniversary and in the midst of relishing the landmark, the director of Jai Bhim, TJ Gnanavel has come up with an idea of reuniting the movie team once again. Jai Bhim got released on November 2 last year on Amazon Prime Video and set a great breakthrough for Suriya and for the entire cast. 

Besides being a commercial hit, the storyline that was inspired by true events has touched and shaken millions of hearts as the movie was about the atrocities and custodial torture committed by the police on an oppressed 'Irular' community. Actor Suriya was the lead actor and he played an advocate, portraying retired judge Justice Chandru, who fought against custodial torture while he was a lawyer.  

As the movie has hit its first year, actor Suriya, who received a lot of positive feedback for his acting, has thanked the director on social media. He wrote, "Happy to celebrate one year of Jai Bhim. From script to execution, this film kept getting stronger & stronger...I thank my brother TG Gnanavel & team for giving us this most meaningful film. Lawyer Chandru is a landmark role in my career."

"Thank you #AnbaanaFans & everyone. Your love & respect means everything to us", the actor added. Sharing the anniversary, Suriya and Jyothika's '2D Entertainment', which produced Jai Bhim, took to Twitter and wrote, "Celebrating the victory of Justice! #1YearOfJaiBhim." Jai Bhim centers on the lives of Sengeni and Rajakannu, a couple from the Irular tribe, and is based on a real-life incident that occurred in 1993 and involved a case that Justice K. Chandru fought. 

Police detained Rajakannu - played by actor Manikandan, who was later reported missing from the police station. Sengeni - played by Lijomol Jose asks Chandru, a lawyer, for assistance in her fight for her husband's rights. In addition to Lijomol Jose and Manikandan, Suriya plays the lead role in the movie. Rao Ramesh, Prakash Raj, Rajisha Vijayan, and others play supporting roles. 

On the occasion of Jai Bhim's one-year anniversary, Kollywood is filled with a viral story that Gnanavel is going to start a new project in which he will reunite the Jai Bhim stars once again. According to our sources, the filming of this project will begin in March 2023. It has been reported that Gnanavel has already given a one-liner about his next project and got approval from Suriya. 

In an interview with a YouTube channel, T.J. Gnanavel revealed that he has started preproduction work for his upcoming film Suriya, which will also be produced by 2D Entertainment. The story needs to be updated to reflect the current situation, so TJ Gnanavel is currently working on the film's pre-production work. He also promised that the official announcement will be made when it is appropriate. 

Meanwhile, Suriya has lined-up projects with Siruthai Siva's Suriya42, Vetrimaaran's Vaadivasal, Bala's Vanangaan, and also a momentous project with Shankar. Some speculating reports say that Bala's Vanangaan was suspended after 40 days of shooting. The official confirmation from the makers' side is yet to be out soon.
