Karthi, the versatile actor who has impressed the audience with his diverse roles, is back with a bang in his 25th film Japan.Karthi plays a crooked thief with a taste for danger and a set of golden teeth in this Raju Murugan film.

The makers of the film, Dream Warrior Pictures took to Twitter captioning, "Here comes our #Japan - Made in India", and  unveiled the intro video of Japan on Karthi’s birthday today, giving a glimpse of the thrilling ride that awaits the viewers. 

The intro video shows Karthi in various disguises and situations, also he perceived as different versions around people, where he portraying powerful but witty avatar. He also has a romantic track with Anu Emmanuel, who plays his love interest.

The video is packed with action, comedy and drama, and showcases Karthi’s charisma and energy. The film also stars Sunil, Vijay Milton, Vagai Chandrasekhar, Bava Chelladurai and others in pivotal roles. Japan is slated to release on Diwali 2023, and is expected to be a grand entertainer for the fans and this will be the actor's second release for this year after Ponniyin Selvan 2.

The film is produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, who have earlier collaborated with Karthi on successful films like Kaithi and Sulthan. Japan is one of the most awaited films of the year, and the intro video has raised the expectations even higher.
