Watch: Kollywood's Asuran Dhanush stirs laughter in The Gray man's big event!

Kollywood Asuran Dhanush is eagerly awaiting the release of the movie 'The Gray Man', which is the actor's significant venture in Hollywood. The Gray Man is helmed by the Russo brothers and the movie's post-screening press conference was held in Los Angeles on Sunday during which Dhanush stirred a burst of laughter among the Hollywood stars and audience through his remark that he didn't know how he ended up in the movie. 

When asked about how he became involved in the movie, Dhanush said, "I don't know how I ended up in this film." Hearing his comment, the packed hall was full of laughter and the visual has been going viral across and beyond the borders. The ardent fans of Dhanush hope that the actor would have a stupendous opening in Hollywood. Sharing the screen space with the club of prominent actors, Dhanush is playing a small but pivotal role in The Gray Man. 

The Gray Man will be released on Netflix on July 22 and Dhanush has garnered a remarkable reception from Hollywood critics for his performance in the movie. During the screening of the movie in the United States on July 10, one of the Hollywood critics Courtney Howard took to Twitter and gave positive word of mouth about Dhanush. Responding to a query, Howard said that Dhanush's role-play was "brief but potent and carries good weight in the narrative and action." 

Howard further said that Dhanush scenes are "ruthless and sharp." Netflix India on its microblogging platform teased the young star fans to ''buckle up and stay tuned'' as the film crew is marching to India for a promotional event soon. The streaming giant wrote, "Some great news from the cast of The Gray Man. The Russo Brothers are coming to India to give you a taste of the film along with Dhanush. Buckle up and stay tuned." 

The Gray Man was bankrolled by AGBO- which is led by the Russo Brothers and Roth/Kirschenbaum Films. While Dhanush plays an important role, top Hollywood stars Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jessica Henwick, Julia Butters, Alfre Woodard, Billy Bob Thornton, and Callan Mulvey have played crucial roles. The movie has been made with a budget of $200 million.
