The Central government said that all the close contacts of these six persons have been put under quarantine and comprehensive contact tracing has been initiated for co-travelers, family contacts, and others.
In his Twitter note, the Telugu star wrote, "Request all that have been around me in the past couple of days to get tested. More updates on my recovery soon".
The actor was put through the COVID-19 testing on Wednesday after some members in the technical crew of his upcoming 'Annaathe' movie had confirmed to have contracted the viral infection.
"I am feeling well and will rest up well so that I can be back at shoot soon. Request everyone who met me to kindly get yourself tested. Thank you and please stay safe", the actor tweeted.
