Initially conceived as a film in 2014, The makers decided to expand it to television series by 2019. The eight-episode series was released on Amazon Prime Video on February 10, 2023.

The crime-thriller series also stars Bhuvan Arora, and veteran actor Amol Palekar. Raj & DK have written the show with Sita R Menon and Suman Kumar. The series have a total of eight episodes.
