Atlee's directorial is the third time the actor has worked with a Tamil filmmaker following Maniratnam, and with Kamal Hassan's Hey Ram.

A picture from the Baby Shower followed that showed the pair chuckling and laughing for the camera. They both wore cream-colored outfits and held hands during the photo shoot.

"He didn’t have a scene on that day, but he was there to make me feel comfortable."

They wore big smiles in the picture in their ethnic outfit, where their kids' face were hidden.
