The film centers on an undercover spy named John and his crew in New York are given a top-secret assignment to find and rescue their missing commander. 

The film also has Yogi Babu, Mysskin and others in supporting roles, which is produced by Shanthi Talkies.

The music for the film was composed by Bharath Sankar, where the released first single became the chartbuster already.

The actor attended the audio launch of AR Murugadoss’ upcoming production venture, August 16, 1947, directed by debutant NS Ponkumar yesterday.

The song's dance number and groovy, upbeat chords ensure that music fans won't be able to stop bopping along from the beginning to the end.

The film's title is an reference to a 1986 film starring Superstar Rajinikanth with the same name.
