November is here and the Kollywood is gearing up for its biggest month yet, with a huge number of movies releasing on OTT giants.

On July 1, 2022, Yaanai had its theatrical debut. According to reports, "Yaanai" has made over Rs 20 crores in Tamil Nadu, with an estimated total worldwide income of roughly Rs 25 crores, and is now ready to entertain the OTT audience from this date.

Besides a huge grossing at the box office, the movie is unstoppable and it has turned heads for its release on three OTT platforms in the midst of the digital rush.

On the lost subscribers, the US and Canada home to the highest number of cancellations in the quarter, followed by Europe. Netflix is currently redrafting its subscription plans and revising its strategies to stem stronger.

The film will directly be streaming on SonyLive, an OTT platform from August 5. 

Disney + Hotstar took to Twitter on Wednesday - June 29 and shared the official announcement.

Though the announcement had shocked the fans, they probably could have gotten used to it as it was not the first time the movie takes the card of deferment.

Despite getting bad reviews, the movie has done well at the box office and it is still running in the theatres across and beyond the borders.
