The film, which spans over seven decades from the 1870s to the 1940s, chronicles the evolution of the Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) in Karnataka and the struggles of the mine workers who toiled under harsh conditions.

 Kishor Kumar and Selva RK are responsible for the cinematography and editing, respectively, with SS Murthi as the art director.

The trailer also has some intense dialogues and action sequences that promise an engaging and thrilling entertainer for the audience.

The video reveals how Chiyaan Vikram endured hours of makeup, prosthetics and costumes to get into the character.

The exciting news was shared on social media by the film's makers alongside a brand new poster depicting Vikram in a gritty, rural look.

Bommai Nayagi is bankrolled by filmmaker Pa Ranjith under his banner Neelam Productions. It is written and directed by Shan, who is making his directorial debut through this movie.
