The movie makers responded to the feedback by releasing a new poster of the song, featuring Vijay without the cigarette.

He said that he will answer all the questions about the film once it is released in theatres.

This means that there will be no early morning shows for the film in the state, unlike in states of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Pondicherry, where the film will be screened at 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. before the regular shows.

To add more fuel to the fire, Seven Screen Studio has unveiled a new poster for the IMAX version of the film, which has taken the internet by storm.

The cinematography of the film is handled by Siddhartha Nuni, who has worked on films like Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu and Captain Miller.

The movie is produced by Lalith Kumar under Seven Screen Studios, and is slated to release on October 19.
