The movie's success has not only put a spotlight on the talents of its cast and crew but has also paved the way for more exciting projects of the actor, as he have few promising films as the sincere lead in the future. The first part ends with a cliffhanger that sets up the stage for Viduthalai Part 2, which is expected to release later this year. Red Giant Movies is handling distribution in Tamil Nadu, while Ahimsa Entertainment is handling distribution in the United Kingdom and Europe. Ilaiyaraaja composed the score, and R.
