Legendary actor Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan, after two days of hospitalization, got discharged from a hospital in Chennai on Friday.

Hours after the suspension, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) had intervened in the matter and announced that the suspension imposed on Ruby Manoharan has been stayed off.

Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai wrote, "It is deeply shocking that Tirupattur town deputy president Kalikannan was hacked to death. I am expressing my condolences to his family members."

The clash sparked a fresh and apparent divide in the leadership and days after the shocking event, senior leader and MLA Ruby Manoharan has been suspended from the party. 

Udhayanidhi Stalin contested in the Chepauk-Triplicane constituency in Chennai in the 2021 assembly polls. He triumphed the race with a huge margin and entered the assembly as a DMK MLA for the first time.

In an official announcement of new office bearers, DMK's General Secretary Durai Murugan said that Udhayanidhi Stalin has been reappointed as the party's youth wing secretary.

After learning about his hospitalization, thousands of fans and hundreds of fraternity extend their wishes for his speedy recovery. 

A case has been registered against him under several sections as his game for gaining publicity got busted. 

Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai released a statement in which he announced that Gayathri Raghuram has been suspended from the party for six months.

Ma Subramanian said, "It (Madras Eye) will easily spread to others. The people who are infected with this infection should isolate themselves and they should also refrain from going to crowded places."
